Ok theres this big Bad Chevy with a Big block in it. Thats in our club. yeah thats right John Sinna's car. Everyones looking at his car no matter where we go. Cause the man can't afford a good set of mufflers. So I ask him to ride in the back of the pac for a while. So things are going real nice. Then I look in my rear view mirror. And I see John Jumping in front of a car. Then another & another. Next thing i know is. He;s right on my azz! Now he's moving right to left. OHHHH! So you want to play Nascar do you. HELL I can play that game. He trys & trys to pass me. But I won;t let him do it. When he goes out to pass. I move to the left also. So after a while he quits. So me being me!! I call his cell. And say NA NA NA NA. You can't catch me!! Then he says some pretty colorful stuff. Plus calling me and OLDMAN. Like hes some spring chicken. Then I look up in my rearview mirror. He's so close I see nothing else but the whites of his eyes.And this big GRIN Damn! He goes right then left. He still can't pass. I move when he does. If he drops back so do I. ( this is excting HUH ?) If he drops back so do I. So he can't get a run on me. BUT! Now were coming to where the road is wider. But I still have him in control. Then out of now where. Theres a paved shoulder on the right. He's so close to my bumper now. I can't block all 3 lanes. He pass's me on the right! He crosses a white line to do it.He's so close he could open my passenger door So I have to let him in. But mind you. This is under review. I sent tapes to Nascar on this. So this isn't over by no means. JOHN.. I had a blast. I think we gave everyone behind us a HEART ATTACK. But it all in Fun. Next time you go by that close can you check my oil ? ha ha ha ha. Rick

I like your perfectly written statement about the "road rage" event that occured involving you and Mr. Sinna. Please forward me information about any other witnesses so I can contact them.
This will be forwarded to the City Attorney for charges. I would recommed the following: Following to Close -- 168.18s8A Careless Driving -- 169.13s2 Pass on the Right -- 169.18s4D Speed -- 169.14s5 Unsafe Change of Course -- 169.14s4
However. I would have to recommend that Rick be charged with: Over Centerline -- 169.18s1 Impeding Traffic (driving to slow) -- 169.15

HEY Mike: Right now i'm looking for the biggest book I can find. To throw at John. HA HA HA HA. Man it was fun. Even the Hot ride home. A great bunch of guys. I felt kind of sorry for the girls that came along. I was most likey boring for them. But they never once complained. One of the best times I've had in this club. I want to thanks John For putting this thing together. At 1st I said maybe i'll go. Then the more we talked about it. I couldn't wait to go. I glad I did. I wish more of the guys & girls could have made it.
