This agreement covers all aspects of the interactive Forums and other sections of the site which are accessed via your account.
The written word can easily be misinterpreted. Please realize that a wide variety of other car enthusiasts may not share the same understanding or sense of humor.
Treat other board members with the respect and kindness you would like to receive. It comes back full circle.

Although the administrators and moderators of Chevelle Tech will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages.
All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Chevelle Tech, nor Online Performance Ltd will be held responsible for the content of any message.
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
The owners of Chevelle Tech reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this website, Online Performance Ltd, and their agents with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN CLASSIFIEDS, REVIEWS AND AUCTIONS:
Bidding on auction items is considered a binding contract between you and the seller. Bidding is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. You must have the authority to enter into billing arrangements. If you do not qualify, please do not bid. User represents that he/she is 18 years of age or older.
It is up to the the buyer/seller to arrange suitable payments and shipping. It is understood that we have a rating section whereby feedback may be left by both buyer and seller.
Please note that we do not engage in 'supplier bashing'. This is not the place to air complaints about specific suppliers and these postings are terminated as this is a no win situation for all involved. Only comments or ratings which can be validated should be posted, although this in no way implies approval by the owners of chevelles.net and it is the responsibility of the registered user.
GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS:
You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on and purchasing items.
NO AGENCY:
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
BREACH:
In addition to any and all other remedies available to the owners of this website, we may terminate your participation and any of your current ads, posts or bids immediately if you breach this agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us or believe that any of your activities may cause legal liability to Online Performance Ltd.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE USER AGREEMENT:
Online Performance Ltd may modify or amend the terms of this User Agreement at any time. This Agreement may not otherwise be amended.
CHOICE OF LAW, ARBITRATION, AND JURISDICTION:
Any legal controversy or claim arising out of or related to this User Agreement or the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and resolved in British Columbia by a single arbitrator appointed pursuant to the provisions of the Commercial Arbitration Act RSBC (1996) ch. 55.
