Got my inner fenders, crossmember, alternator brackets back from the powder coater. They look really nice. I am rounding up another batch of stuff to send down this week.
Found my upper grill brackets and riveted them on the front header panel. I have some new reproduction ones if anyone is interested in them.

Feverishly trying to tie down some loose ends on the car. Should be going to the shop Saturday for the rest of the straightening and blocksanding and primer and blocksanding and primer and stuff.
Respraying the core support today plus the top of the firewall and the top of the dash.

Well I got pushed back to next Saturday so that works out great for me. I got the core support, grill support brackets, hood release and latch, head light buckets painted again. Tomorrow the firewall gets painted. My trusty old Craftsman paint gun performed flawlessly again.

Firewall has been repainted along with the frame as well. I also removed the driver's door hinges and sanded them down and got all the seam sealer off those.
Tomorrow I will have to assemble the core support back to the frame. I also need to pre-drill my hole for the fender well mouldings. Need to finish that package tray area too.

Dave I will try to post some in the next couple days. Softball season with the kid is full blown at the moment so not much time other than the garage time.

Well it is off to the body shop tomorrow morning. I got a friend with an enclosed trailer picking it up. Hopefully in a few months the body and paint work should be completed. The rest will be pretty easy for me.
