Well I thought I'd have clear coat on by now, but there's always something... always finding new things to fix.

Yesterday I pulled it out into the sun, and seen all kinds of issues. So back to work. But here's some updated pictures.

This car WILL have clear coat on by the end of this coming weekend!

Well I take no credit for the flames. My wife and daughter pushed the idea, the air brush artist did all the work, and I just paid for it with my yearly bonus from work [Frown]

However, I do take credit for all of the rest of the paint, screw ups included!

Just in case there was any doubt, here's "your's truly" in action:

I hired Rick's son to professionally final sand and buff the 69.

He's done absolutely awesome job so far! One hard working guy that works until he's got it the absolute best he can!

WOW I'm liking how this is looking!

Looking good. I don't blame you for hiring someone to wet sand and buff. I need to do some more work on mine in that department.

I am scrambling to TRY to finish before the end of the month.

Part of the interior is done, most of the A/C & heat is installed, and the wiring harness is partially installed.

The trunk locks, the hood shuts tight, the speaker setup on the back shelf was modified and ready for mounting, and I have modifications going on with the dash and a custom console. This may not work, but what the heck, it was unusable anyway.

I still need to install the power window kit and all glass, carpet and headliner. I know I need to get the headliner in before the glass.

I also need to get the door locks to work. I'm missing something there between the lock and the lever.
