The WEST UNION FIRE DEPARTMENT has stepped up..they are adding a Arctic Cat four wheeler to the raffle prizes! I will have more details in a couple of weeks!

update on the show! I just left the town council meeting and everything I asked for was approved.. I asked for extended space on the streets and the burn out contest was pasted.. So we need to get a plan together for it...prizes, how much to enter, how many awards..equipment...so I can also include it in advertising..and what we will need as far as setup goes...I will get the fire dept. also// ASAP!

I thought you already had a set of tires to give away...there you go!! I'd say the tires for #1 and a gift card or something for the 2nd and a small trophy for 3rd?

When I seen it done in Manchester..there were about 25 cars there more or less..and there wasnt really any big advertising on it..I have been working on the main show..I havent got anything together for this part..due to the final answer on insurance and approval of the burn out...The Chief of Police has told me he has several people approach him about this alone.. So anything we can scrape up for this part will be great ..what about top 5 trophies? and then something for the top 3..need one of us in charge of this (DAVE)lol..and a few guys to help in setup of the cars..and judging..we will have to do this around noon or so..also need to find out about how much and set a price on entry fees ..So we need more trophy sponsors!

I have updated the web page..but look for updates...and the base of the show is complete,,,times ...events..the flyers & posters are being designed this week..any sugestions let me know

Any word on the flyers and posters? I will take some to work if you have extras. I don't know how many I can get from there to drive down, but with theparticipation in door prizes that you have gotten, some might show up.

the flyers and posters are being designed in the next few weeks i have a order in for a 1000 flyers and over 100 posters they should be ready at the end of the month,, also might have some great news from ESPN!
