Update !!!!!!! Snap On tool box is in West Union ..It is going to be set up next week.....and it is very very nice! I just took all the chrome I had to be placed on the stroker...the aluminum heads came in today.. motor will be complete Monday! and it is very sweet!

This is one of four different flyers we will have..the date and times are one the back...I am ordering just 250 of these..and prob. the same on the rest of the other 3..for a total of a 1000...the next one will have chevelles on it for sure..and they are stepping up...on the rest of the summer fest..it is really sounding good!

Also I have been in contact with a few bike and car clubs......This event is growing! Also anyone knows of any clubs that has event calendars on the web...please contact them and post this show... The trophies has been ordered...and paid for..dash plaques also...plus the advertizement in the calendar.. all the raffle prizes are out and tickets are selling ...except for the stroker engine..it will be out this Saturday March 10th...i will have pics of it...chrome and aluminum! it is sharp!!!!!!I need to know who is interested in selling or pushing tickets..lol and how many..I decided to go $5 a ticket accross the board..No confusion... And if you would Mark forward the flyer to the rest of the guys front and back

Ads for the car show will start airing on Max FM ..starting April 2... mostly pushing the raffle prizes..also ads are running for the show on C103 locally.....I have a ad on the web site... We are setting up again at West Union Walmart starting around 11 AM today..All day.....pushing ticket sales and advertising the show.. Anyone wants to come down are more than welcome I had a meeting with the bike club..and are thinking about a cruise in later this month ..to promote the show and ticket sales.. If anyone of you are interested let me know... I have made some new contacts with different clubs..and are all positive! guestamations for entrees for the show are pushing 800 to date..from all the response!

we are planning to set up no less than 6 people to handle the registration.. I would like to see 8 people,,,I just had a meeting with the harley club, last night..I have 1 spot filled from them ...police said they would be good for 1..and I am going to hit the emt and fire dept. up this week. I have just ordered the dash cards..for the cars & bikes.. they should be done this week..I have a few people that has stepped forward also.. I have not asked for pre registration as of yet ..But we still have time to advertise for it..I will work on that this week.. The sell on the raffle items did real good..!!!!!! when I set up...! still need to sell more...I feel in most cases, its money I wouldnt have made.. As I have stated any suggestions ...hey lets hear it...
This will be one heck of a show!
head count on the bike club will be around 20
I have had about 10 guys offer to help the day of the show
I will hit the fire dept. up for at least 10 emt's I will find out this week police I will find out this week I know I have 2 of them for security fire dept has told me anything they need to do.. no prob.!
2 month's to show date!
