Did'ja ever call any of the local ham-clubs about communication????? Sounds like you are gonna have your hands full on the day of the show.

Radio Club "Special Event", not sure if she represents the club or not......

what do you guys think of a cruise-in the first part of may like on a sunday ? to promote the show and sell tickets..with the emt fire and police dept. there also and the hardtime harley club...
Also welcome Painless to the show...!!!!!!!!!
and Monroe's Collision Center to the show!

Hey Randy,

The only things I have been getting, are the posts on here. I did get Ricks email. The poster looks good. I wish I could have made the meeting a couple weeks ago. I need to get a poster and some flyers. I can post them at work. I have been telling all of the motor heads at work about the show. Hopefully some of them will show up.

I, personally, can't wait. I think this is going to be a great show. You have worked your butt off getting all of these sponsors and door prizes. You deserve to have a helluva show.
