I have been working on the t-shirt order and will need some input on sizes/quantities.
Based on the club roster and all who responded on the eariler posts (most gave quantities but no sizes)I extrapulated the numbers and come up with these numbers;
XXL-2, XL-7, L-7, M-4, S-4=24
Of course this is one color and with the other color shirts it would double this. I added the medium and small numbers to make it work out to 24. I also did not know if anyone wanted XXXL. As it stands now the Ash Gray shirts will cost $6.00 and the Navy Blue $5.25. XXL and XXXL are 2 and 3 dollars more.
I do not have any good quess on youth sizes, so I will need your input on this. We can manage the above numbers to accomodate youth sizes.
On another merchandise note I would like to suggest we get some can koozies with our logo on them too. Tod informs me that there is sale of koozies also. 250 for $.85 plus $35.00 set up fee. I really don't see the need for that many, but a minimum order of 100 can be had for $1.00 each with one color imprint. I think these would sell very well at events as the selling price would be so low. Remember we will cover our costs with these and the rest would go towards our charity! A red or navy blue koozie with our logo in white would look really cool.
All of this will require the club to front the money to get it going so Rick let us know if we can.
Sound off and let me know on this stuff.

Don't send anything yet. Rick will be where it is sent. Make sure you mark the check for t-shirts or he will think it is a donation to his car project. We are probably weeks away from placing an order. It takes that long for the rest of the members to getting around to checking the web site.
Koodies? Is that what you get when you kiss a girl? Ha!

I have a good list going but need to hear of a few more.
Rick, I can't find what you and Amy wanted eariler, I must have lost that. Please send that to me again.
Is there someone out there that wanted youth sizes? I was not at the meeting and there was interest in youth sizes, according to the minutes. What sizes are we talking about.

Sorry about the confusion. I did not know there was two different orders in process. (always the last to know) I do have the members numbers tallied and I padded them for extra sales. I will submit that to Tod and the order will be in.
If we think we will need more we will order them later.
