Ill be there without a car to show. So im willing to handle all the tables and Easy-up so Brad doesnt have to make 2 trips with a seperate vehicle. I guess El Caminos arent supposed to haul stuff anymore.
Nah, seriously. Will either have the beater wagon or my Tahoe to help with bringing everything.

We should have everyone onsite at least an hour early se we're parked and ready before joe public starts rolling in. That said, I don't think two hours early is un-reasonable.
I'll call Scott next week to see what plans he has for us.

Last year many of us got there around 7:30-8am and were setup well before cars started showing up. We were there before many of the dealership employees got there. Worked well then to get the eazy-up and tables set up, lay out all our info, and help the Walser guys with thier needs.

I have been planning on being there, but live at least 3 hrs out. Might stay somewhere in Eden Prairie the night before. I'm one of "those" people that noon is the crack of dawn, so if I am there by 9 it will be pure luck. Just set me by the road and I can point a lot. I'm actualy very good at telling people where to go! Posts: 472 | From: Forest City, IOWA | Registered: Sep 2004

Is this a Chevy only show? My chevelle is about 10 bolts away from removing the body and the frame, but my 67 GTO is pretty well finished.

I contacted Scott and he said we need to have a few people to direct traffic in the morning and a few people for garbage detail at the end of the day. If interested in these duties please let me know. About 4 people for each duty. He said every thing else is going well. The only thing left is to decide what to do for food. The fliers are made up and myself or Steve will be picking these up over the next week.

I would like to get an electronic copy of the flyer for the web site. I will be available for the morning detail. I need to get one of our hats to wear for the day.
