Hi STAN. I'm going with 1 inch lowering spring for the front end. 1st its old skool. I grew up with that look. Low in the front with rear tires just even with the top of the wheel well. The frontend is just too high for me. WHY ??? Do you ask?

Rick, what springs did you decide on, and who are you going to order from that will be open on July 4th?
Call me before you order, and I'll make sure you can't afford the headers, carb and manifold. Posts: 1440 | From: Dexter, MN | Registered: Aug 2004

OK, I think I've got Rick convinced to buy some good shocks to go with his springs... now I just need to work on getting him up off his wallet for some tall balljoints, adjustable upper A-arms, and tubular lowers. And after all that it would be a shame not to upgrade the brakes, which will require new wheels, and some sticky tires to make sure none of that money was wasted.
Don't worry Rick, we'll try to keep this spring swap under a $5000 budget. Posts: 1440 | From: Dexter, MN | Registered: Aug 2004

If I got a hold of your wallet, I'd be buying new shocks for MY car, not yours. Posts: 1440 | From: Dexter, MN | Registered: Aug 2004
