Does anyone no if theres someone that will custom make red line tires?? there was a guy at fred's tires 20 years ago that would spin a tire on the car and cut a groove and paint a red line with rubber paint, looked great. Fred's tires doesn't have a clue about anyone that still does this, someone must still do this, any help??? Thanks Roger

This is the first I have ever heard or seen anyone do that before. Worked in plenty of shops the last 15 years.
Another note, most of todays tires have logos and raised letters on the sides that I can certainly understand there being nobody around that does that. You dont see to many sidewall tires that are smooth around the outside to even pull off the look. Not to mention the thickness of a modern sidewall of todays tires.

I know what you are talking about Roger, there was a company that did this. I saw the guy at Pat Thomas Chrysler World back in late 70s. They would do all sorts of colors and dress up the low end cars.

maybe try Norms tire in Little Canada? I think they still do a lot of older car stuff, they might be able to or have a resource.
