New Memberships:

If you would like to join the MCC AND pay via PayPal, please do the following:

• Print out the MCC application (Click HERE for the Application)
• Fill in the requested information
• Send the application to the address on the form
• Send an email to mdchevelleclub@aol.com that you have done the above.  You will receive an email confirmation upon verification of your payment.

If you would like to join the MCC AND and DO NOT want to pay via PayPal, please do the following:

• Print out the MCC application (Click HERE for the Application)
• Fill in the requested information
• Send the application to the address on the form and enclose a check or Money order for $25.

Renewals:

• Send an email to mdchevelleclub@aol.com that you have paid the Membership Renewal via PayPal.  You will receive an email confirmation upon verification of your payment.
