- Take Rt. 50 W to Annapolis
- Take exit 23B (Rt. 450/Crownsville)
- Turn Left onto West Street at the exit light
- Follow West Street past the Annapolis Mall as it turns into Rt. 178 (General's Highway)
- Follow Rt. 178 approximately 6 miles (7 traffic lights) to Crownsville
Follow Old Rt. 178 to 1st traffic signal
- Turn right onto Sunrise Beach Road at the WaWa Food Market

From the North (Baltimore)
- Take I-97 South to exit 10A (Benfield Blvd/Severna park)
- Stay to the right and yield right onto Veteran’s Highway at the traffic signal
- Follow Veteran’s Highway to Rt. 178 (Old General’s Highway), turn left
- Follow Rt 178 past the flashing yellow signal at stone church to next traffic signal
- Turn left at signal (WaWa Food Market) onto Sunrise Beach Road

From the South:
- 301 North to Rt. 3 North
- Rt. 3 North through Crofton to Millersville/Crownsville
- Just past I-97 exit/overpass, yield right onto Veteran’s Highway exit
- Turn Right onto Rt 178 (Old General’s Highway)
- Follow Rt. 178 past flashing yellow signal at stone church to next traffic signal
- Turn left at traffic signal (WaWa Food Market) onto Sunrise Beach Road

From the West
- Merge onto I-70 E toward BALTIMORE
- Merge onto US-29 S / COLUMBIA PIKE via EXIT 87A toward COLUMBIA / WASHINGTON
- Merge onto MD-100 E via EXIT 22 on the LEFT toward GLEN BURNIE
- Merge onto I-97 S via EXIT 13A toward ANNAPOLIS / BAY BRIDGE
- Merge onto BENFIELD BLVD via EXIT 10A toward SEVERNA PARK
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto VETERANS HWY.
- Turn LEFT onto GENERALS HWY / MD-178.
- Turn left at traffic signal (WaWa Food Market) onto Sunrise Beach Road
- SEE ** below.

- Follow Sunrise Beach Road approximately 2 miles past MD Veteran’s Cemetery and ball fields
- Make first right onto Miner Road just after the ball fields
- Follow Miner Road (it will turn in to Plum Creek Drive at the top of a very steep hill)
- Continue on Plum Creek Drive until you see the boat ramp, then yield left ontoValentine View
- Follow Valentine View approximately 150 yards - beach is straight ahead before the road turns.
