Lee Anderson's 1969 El Camino SS 396 -- Lee bought his El Camino thru a friend up in Bremerton, Washington. He was told the motor and transmission were "brand new." Little did Lee know when they said "brand new" it had been sitting for eight years. He drove the car home and right away decided the 3000 stall torque converter just had to go. With the high stall, driving around town wasn't in the books. First thing Lee did was have it removed.
