Rob Whittaker's 1970 Malibu -- I brought the car home and installed Pro-Car Rally bucket seats and modern 3-point seat belts. I then swapped out my column shift to a floor shift with a console, installed new carpet, and replaced all the weather stripping and widow felts. I plan on swapping out my sweep dash in the future. Finally, I installed 2" lowering springs in the front to give the car an aggressive stance, added new shocks and replaced the upper and lower A arm bushings. My future plans include a 12-bolt rear-end with a 3.73 Eaton Posi, boxed control arms and a rear sway bar, all in preparation for the Horsepower and Torque of a strong Rat motor.
