[Chevelle-list] Q: Totally off topic. Spareribs recipe?

I'm from Texas and have eaten BBQ all over the USA. So many bake meat and
then pour sauce on it and call it BBQ, which is a sin for us!! We want it
cooked over wood. Mesquite, Oak almost any hard wood, I don't like it when
they over smoke it either! I have had some BBQ that was like eating
creosote! We are lucky to have a place south of us called Mustang Creek that
makes the best BBQ I have eaten in the state! $7.00 and all you can eat on
the buffet!

We have good BBQ and bad in Texas!

Marinate in 1/2 soy sauce, 1/2 sautern (white cooking) wine and lots of
garlic. Marinate a day or 2 before cooking. Just like mom use to make.
