Hi Rick,
Copperlube is a copper based high temperature lubricant that is used as a gasket sealant by Electric Power Generator Utilities , I have a can that is about 50 years old and is still working fine! Got it from my farther-in-law! Works perfectly on car manifold gaskets. You can remove the exhaust manifold without breaking the gasket!! Gives you a perfect seal! Stays soft all the time!

I don't know what grease to use but I wouldn't use White Lithium. I used it on the rails of my toolbox two years ago and noticed last fall the dowers were very hard to open and close. The grease was stiff and I had to clean it all off to free up the drawers.

Is there a better alternative than white lithium grease for the bracket that connects the wiper motor arm to the wiper linkage?? Picture of what I'm trying to describe is here: http://s629.photobucket.com/albums/uu13/rickas47/Accesories/?action=view&current=WiperBracket001. There are 2 more similar copper/brass???? plates at each of the wiper drives. The grease I removed was original & looked similar to the lithium grease. It was all dried out. Thanx for any suggestions.
