Ok all I talked to Shorty(Gem city Pres) and they voted to have the show. Our name will or could be featured in the name of the show with theirs e.g. Gem City Tristate Chevelle Car Show . Anyhow we are gonna need 4 people for simplicity sake. Once our 4 meet with the 4 from Gem city then we can break down into committees. We need to have somewhat of a plan together by Feb so we can get fliers printed and get in the Show-N-Shine calendar. Please anyone who is interested either e-mail me or post in a reply. Any other questions just ask. Later

Dave

Dave,
I am in.

Date? July or early August???????

I pruned the forum names and renamed the "Ladies" forum for the "Gem City Forum". It was the least used, and not disrespecting the ladies in the club.

Does Gem City have an online presence? We could suggest using this forum to keep everyone on the same page.

Is it these guys?

I am in as long as we meet with them on the weekend. Saturday evenings would be the best for me. I know that I would not have to work.

COOL! I'm halfway there. The 4 volunteers, to my understanding will be the heads of various committees. As far as meeting times I think it will be flexible, so do let that worry anyone too much. Later

I am in as well as long as I am not working on those days. I don't know when I will be moving to second shift yet or how I will be scheduled overtime on Saturdays.

I'm glad you guys are joining us for our up coming show. The date of the show will be Aug. 27, 2006. We will try to plan a meeting of our two groups sometime in early November. I have been working on sponsors already. Hope to meet all of you soon.
