Cool

Well, I got Good News and Bad News.

Good News
I have sold almost all of the TV tickets I took from the last meeting! And I will probably carry myself (W.V. Slang fer "go") to Ricks to get more.

Bad News
My company did not win the renewal contract on base. So as of 31 May I am out of a job, technically.

I am ramping up the resume as we speak.....

DG,
Sorry to hear that.
What can we do to help?
Please forward your resume to me and I can see what we can offer at ABX.

I am glad some of you are doing well with the tickets. I haven't been able to get anyone to buy. I haven't tried family yet. The guys at work have really changed over the last few years. They used to gamble on everything. Now it is almost impossible to fill up even a super bowl pool. Oh well, I will keep pushing them. I will get the family in on it as well.

I have sold half my tickets so far. I hope to sell the other half by the Sharonville meeting.

DG any luck on the job hunt? Somebody with your knowledge should not have trouble getting a job in the field your in. Have any of the new jobs that are supposedly coming to the base available yet?

The incoming company has made a tentative offer. Nothing concrete, just traded emails with HR. Looks positive thouh.

Told myself I would put some $ & effort to the Chevelle if I did not spend a month out of work....

Randy has asked me to remind everyone that we need to push hard on the raffle ticket sales.

We have less than two weeks to the show and we still owe 3/4 on the tv. That is just to purchase it. All what we sell above the purchase price will go to charity.

Please give it your best effort to sell more tickets.

If anyone needs more tickets let me know and I will get them to you.

Thanks,

Mike
